- d***c (315)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe rooftop unit was photographed on a shipping pallet but it arrived upside down leaking compressor fluid from a broken hose because it was packaged in a cobbled together cardboard "box" with a 1/4" of foam around it and no "this side up" sign. It's garbage but the seller is still expecting me to repackage this piece of hazardous waste and ship it back (why?!) for a refund. Learn from my mistake and the others who had the same issues. It's not worth the savings.

There are two dents in the evaporator fins which I can straighten with a fin comb. Seller used extreme measures to insure the unit didn't leave the packaging before I opened it :-) Thanks. The AC Unit is 100% New as described, UPS shipping was a bit slow locally but traveled across the country quickly. Overall value for the price is a great deal. Thanks again for the additional discount.
