A quality smoking pellet product
I have been a hard wood hot smoker for years and I decided I would use pellets for cold smoking salmon, haddock and cheese. I have hickory pellets and decided to try a blend of hickory and apple. Blended they were fine, a bit softer in nose and taste than just hickory. I find the apple alone to be a bit too mild for my taste, others may find it fine.
