    The notebook was shiipped promptly and arrived by the scheduled date. It was well packaged and came with a note detailing the Windows 11 installation. The Windows partition was backed up with Macrium Reflect to allow convenient recovery of Windows. The notebook was exactly as described. Unfortunately, there was a problem and I requested a return. I received a return label and mailed the item back. I received an immediate refund. I would buy from this seller again based upon great service.
