    Broken Door pull

    Product was described as "used", but when it arrived it had clearly been broken and epoxied back together. To me, there's a difference between used and repaired (and the "repair" wasn't all that great of a job). The component I needed was the exact spot where the purchased part had broken and been glued back together. I ended up doing a more thorough repair and installing it rather than sending it back - but this experience made me realize the extra $45 for a new unbroken part would have been more prudent.
