I explained the situation to the seller, and they were extremely understanding and promptly sent me a new package at no additional cost.       A blind buy just based upon notes and reviews. Shipping was delayed without explanation. Communication was terse and uninformative. For the cost of this item, the seller should have been more open. On the positive side the perfume seemed genuine if reformulated and it was packed well for shipping and received in good condition.
