    In order to save USPS postage costs, the Seller removed the 3 BlueAir filters from original box packaging, and put them in a smaller packaging. Therefore, I initially did not open the package, and I had to contact the Seller whether I received the correct package. The original BlueAir air filter packaging box should not have been removed by Seller to minimize Buyer confusion whether I received the correct package.

    ASUS PA248Q are nice monitors (I have 6 with this purchase) with great color. Unfortunately, one was slightly damaged in shipping due to packaging such that front bezel clips broke and so it now is very loose and floppy. Fortunately the monitor works and aesthetics aren't particularly important to me. Seller was very easy to work with and offered full refund with documentation for shipper claim but we agreed on a small refund sufficient to leave us both satisfied with less hassle. Thanks.
