    I do not see the request refund option. I was delivered a children's plastic horse and not a silk bow tie. The seller contacted the e bay hub who said mistake was in the packaging. Please advise on how to get a refund.

    I am so sorry that the ebay international shipping hub sent you the wrong item rather than the bow tie I shipped to them. There should be a request return option when you go to your purchase that you can select and that should start the refund process for you.
