I sent them a request to return it because I needed a 9.5 and thought I’d try the 10.5 but it just doesn’t work. They sent me a message back denying my return as they said it was seven weeks from when I purchased it, but they could’ve checked with me before canceling the return as to why I was sending it back so late.Reply from: golfxcess- Feedback replied by seller golfxcess.- Feedback replied by seller golfxcess.And somehow this is our fault? I can only laugh at the audacity of some people. 7 weeks and we're supposed to just accept a return because he was vacationing. Maybe check what loft you need before you buy. We're a small business. Please stop feeling so entitled and take responsibiity for your own actions. It's not our fault you were out of town for 4 weeks.

Seller had the package to usps in a day after ordering and the product was packaged well which probably saved any damage. Product was exactly as described. Good price.
