Once I got the shutters I found out I made a mistake. These would not work for my mom's house. The seller offered a refund of the full amount and did not want the item back. Also took three weeks for seller to respond to original order, then an additional month without a response to my request for the correct product. He pushes back the time away from his online store and is unresponsive. Be careful with these custom cut size dealers on ebay; I wanted to go through official stores, but it was pricey. Sent the seller 3 emails. Silence, no response. UPS replies: "We did not receive the sink". Next day I see same sink from this seller for $90 !!! And hi send me offer for $85. What impudence! I would not recommend dealing with shroud people.
