The problem with this product is getting it to work. The instructions are very complicated, and when it don't work as described, you have NOONE to help you with it. Tech support is worse than any words that could express. (unless you're from another country). No matter how many times you call them, you will not find anybody that can help you. If you're looking for a wifi extender, I would definitely look away from tp-link, unless you are computer/wifi savvy. Easy setup. Strong signal from opposite end of house to FIOS Quantum router. I am also using this as a wireless adapter and that connection is FAST. I bought several of these to try to extend wifi coverage in my house. I have a 3500sq ft 2 story home. Initially I was pleased the repeated my wifi signal and I did not lose the outlet. Within about 10 hrs of use they started acting up. You would connect to the repeater but not reach the internet. A reset would resolve this at least for a few hours. I find this unacceptable.
