      The top was described as new with tags, no odors. The item received had several marks in me that looked liked it was oil based and there was odor. I contacted the seller and asked for a discount. She offered $7 on a $37 purchase (shipping of a light shirt was over $11) I said the minimum I’d accept is $10. She just refunded $10 and that was that. It’s only after she refunded the $10 did I see the tag. I should have returned.

      I don't understand the bad review so said in your e-mail 10 is the least you would take. I do see the small marks but the thing about odor untrue I do appreciate my buyers and would have worked something out This is our email you sent Thank you. $10 would be my minimum as the shipping was over $11 and the cost for me to make the right I wouldn’t even break even with $7. Thanks.
