All five units were well packaged in pink/static free bubble wrap and placed in a bubble wrapped package. Tested all five and passed with flying colors A+......What I am not pleased with was the shipping cost at $12.99 2.25 OZ is HORENDOUS, also I was offered $1.00 off for each item and never recieved that OFFER. I am not a fan of their marketing/business.

    Slim design and very usable

    Product was well packaged and came with all the items listed. This unit works well for desktop work, Word, Excel, etc. but struggles a bit with some cad drawings when opening. Once opened, the laptop seems to work well. All around this is a very usable laptop and would recommend it to most anyone for daily use.
