Poor workmanship
I was trying to find an inexpensive frame that was sold at Dollar General. It cost a bit more than DG but t what came was a major disappointment. First it did not survive the postal handling of it. The plastic frame came broken. Then the cover for the photo was made of a very thin sheet of plastic that bordered on cellophane. That is not a proper cover for any photograph because light can reflect off of it from many different angles. In my opinion I would stay away from any picture frame like this.
