clean water
This is the 3rd one I've gotten. I bought mine over a year ago, because the water tasted funny and my dog was getting sick. When I tested it, it registered high 60s. With Zero it's 1 or 2. Then I tested my son's and my sister. His was 79 and her water was 71. Now all 3 are about 1 or 2. The water tastes wonderful, my dog is better, and my sister has a lot fewer headaches. And the morning coffee tastes great. It's a small investment for massive improvement. not complaining...who wants a free new pitcher?
I cannot give a review on the Zerowater pitcher because when it was delivered there was a portion of the bottom torn away and upon opening, discovered the water meter and filter missing. I was given a full refund with no instructions to return the 23 cup pitcher....anyone want an unused pitcher without a filter...let me know and it's yours. Cleaner water period
I love my Zero Water this is my third one. My guests has busted two of them already. I just wish that the water pitcher could endure falls. That way it will be more durable an last much longer. An It won't be so expensive when the pitcher breaks. Other then that it's fine...

ZERO STUFF
i had been using another brand filter and I guess I just got used to it. Having the water tester from Zero I was able to compare what I was drinking to what I now have and there is a big difference. I am also sure that I kept using my other filter past its useful life but had no way to test. So I now have really clean water with very close to Zero stuff in it. The larger capacity is also a plus as I use it more now as well. Stores well in the fridge without taking up too much space as well. Since I have well water my water is pretty good (about 275 on the meter no chlorine etc)... this makes it zero which is good to mix with pHenomenal water concentrate. This has taken the place of buying gallon after gallon of distilled water, so, no running to the store, no bulky plastic containers to trash. I can use it in numerous ways.... like water for the iron or car radiator ! Cartridges can be expensive... shop around and buy in bulk... in the end it is cheaper than buying it at the store and it's always right at hand. Great Filter. Needs a little more attention paid to psysichal design elements.
Does a great job filtering water, but beware of a what appears to be a common problem with the filters. Due to the injection molding process the whole in the bottom is a near pin-hole at best and does not let water out. I used a small finishing nail to remove the residual plastic left over from the manufacturing process around the outlet and it works perfectly now. My only other complaint is the lid is not designed to stay on the container. It sits loosely on top. There needs to be some way to snap it into place.
