Just apply to cuticles, wait a couple minutes, remove with cuticle stick, wash hands. Apply cuticle oil or cream, massage, you're now ready for polish. My husband loves when I give him a mani (or pedi). His hands/feet look good and feel nice as well. This saves a ton of time and money, and I can do it whenever I have the time.
