    Great for newbies

This the first time I have used any resin of any kind. It is a simple one to one ratio and you don't have to have a pressure pot to cure it. Just time. It is also FDA compliant. This particular one is a epoxy resin, and pours clear. 16oz in total, which is plenty for many small projects. The larger the pour the faster it dries. I recommend wearing gloves. The epoxy part, does not just wash off with water. Isopropyl works well. I also use a blow-dryer to help my small projects cure quicker. (Still takes hours). This brand is used by many individuals who work with resins on YouTube.

  • Top critical review

Does not mix well, makes too many bubbles.

We tried this product for the 1st time. TOO many bubbles. So we brought a 2nd set and got the same results - too many bubbles again!! We followed the instructions exactly, still came out with too many bubbles!!!

  • Great for crafting

Item does exactly as it says. It's my favorite brand of resin to work with. The mix ratio is easy to remember and measure out since it's equal parts of each. Haven't had any trouble with this resin or brand :)

  • Very pleased!

So after using this to create roughly a dozen pendant pieces i created using a mold I can say I am quite pleased. It has been easy to work with, low fume smell, clear, clean finished pendants. I embedded with flowers and paper both, using layers allowing them to cure 24 hours between layers. I also used to soak some old Japanese dictionary paper in for other projects. This resin worked well for everything, the price is reasonable and the 1 to 1 ratio is a big plus. I plan on sticking with this brand, works for me and saves money over the other stuff I was using, and liked, just hated paying so much more. Thanks!

  • Good product but not for my application.

The Product is good, works fine but for my application it is far to thick. I mix small amounts and pour that into very small molds. I'm going to try to make a larger mold like a 5" X 7" picture frame. I will be able to mix a larger amount and I expect that every thing will work just fine. Thank you.

  • One of my favorite resin products

This is a thick product, about the consistency of honey, and so it has a tendency to want to hang onto tiny air bubbles in thicker applications, such as cast objects. The good news about that, though, is that any of those tiny air bubbles in a cast object disappear if you add inclusions, such as bits of shell, stone or rock, or powdered colorants, and any bubbles that appear on the surface are easy to dissipate by either blowing on them through a straw, or waving a little flame over them (be careful!). It is at its very best as a doming resin, like doming cabochons, or in a flooding/coating application on a tabletop or countertop.

  • casting epoxy resin mix

I use this product for the final coat on my wooden fishing lures. It mixes well, goes on very smoothly and quickly, and I am able to stop turning it after about 1.5 to 2 hrs. Very clear, very tough. Quite a bit cheaper than most two part epoxies.

  • Good Stuff

I like to slow cure and flowable material/epoxy. It works good for making repairs where one cannot get all the parts together within a few minutes as is needed for fast cure epoxy. It also works good as a coating because it is crystal clear.

  • Fun learning experience that will continue.

I used the epoxy resin a few days ago and it worked very well. It was my first experience working with it and it is a bit messy. I am happy with the results and will wear gloves and have paper towels next time.
