    Seller shipped the item quickly and was packaged extremely well. The only issue that I had was that the item was incorrectly labeled on eBay. Unknown to the Seller the phone case I purchased was for an iPhone 11, and not for the iPhone 15 Pro Max as described. However, once that mistake was pointed out to the Seller, she immediately made a full refund on the product.
