      Best vitamin B12 supplementary available

      I had bariatric surgery done eight years ago, meaning I´ll need vitamin b12 supplements for the rest of my life. B12 injection shots are painful, needed one every six months, so it was a very welcome change when a doctor told me I could have sublingual pills taken every other day instead of the regular shots, and these nuggets from Solgar are the best, very tiny and quick to dissolve under your tongue, way better than other brands I used before, which were way bigger and took way longer to dissolve. Great value too.

      Gave me Dry Mouth

      I bought the product thinking it would help cure the peripheral nephropathy in my feet but I quit taking it because it gave me a dry mouth. Seems that is a negative side effect of taking vitamin B12. I took it for about a week and did not see any improvement. Too Bad.

      I have nephropathy in my legs and hands due to radiation treatments. I could not feel my toes and i took two a day for a month and I can feel the difference, the difference in this product is the Methylcobalamin, my neurologist and primary care physicians both wrote this product down for reference. most the Bi2 products you buy in the store have a synthetic value that have no value to people like me. I recommend this to everyone for a good nervous system , it works!

      methyl cobalamin is the right way to take B-12

      this is a quality product. regular B-12 (cyano cobalamin) is NOT orally absorbed. lozenges are expensive and inconvenient. injections are insanity. methyl cobalamin, however, is very orally absorbed. this is a good brand, good quality, and priced well. you'll notice most all vitamin companies use useless regular cyano cobalamin. use methyl cobalamin.

      Good taste and works great!

      If I take two or three of these I certainly feel more energy. Going to try the 5000mg version of this product. I normally take the liquid Ultra B - 12 from Info Wars but I think this is good and a good price. Would recommend as a good alternative to the B-12 Liquid.
