    Upon receipt of my complaint for not getting the same design shown in the listing, the seller apologized and kindly asked to return the item for a full refund. I explained that it wouldn’t work for me because I am currently living outside the US in a place where the local mail is unreliable and the cost of courier service to the US too expensive. I asked instead for a partial refund for the inconvenience, to which the seller graciously agreed. A $15 refund, quickly processed by the seller.
