No heat marks on the connection so it never was overloaded and looks newly installed and never used. Like it was a spare breaker in a panel. Or the marks could be caused by testing before being sold. I did contact the seller and asked them to ship 2nd day air and bill me for it and they did as I asked. We installed this braker and its working great running a 45KVA transfromer. Great price and great shape.
