    Disappointed

    I feel bad to give a negative review but this thermometer didn’t work as expected since we got it, it doesn’t read the right temperature, it keeps saying everyone in the family has the same 94.00 and thats not right, my daughter was kind of sick and her temp was over 101, new thermometer was still reading 94.00 on her! I couldn’t sent it back because the packaging was thrown away, I didn’t expect something that defected as it never happened before and we usually but everything online. I’d send it back if I could.

    Good but expensive product - but on-balance worth it.

    The product is easy to use, reliable and accurate. We needed to use the Helpline because the thermometer kept giving us 'ERR' when testing one of our employees - it turns-out that the thermometer operates between 94F and 108F - our employee's temperature was marginally below 94F. The Helpline rep was very good.

    Useful and easy to use

    I don't think these are as accurate as a thermometer you use under the tongue, but good enough to use as a guideline. Very easy to use, would be good for restless children.

    Works well for what we need.

    Works well for what we need. Do note that it is touchy with different situations. If your wearing a hat, have a sunburn, have been outside in the cold or wind, etc, it will not take an accurate temp. You need to be at room temp.
