Did not receive a response either request. There was no tracking available (and still isn't); shows pkg still in transit. Important we receive shipping information as our purchase is needed to complete one of our orders for shippping. The product looks as ordered, will be able to confirm that today.

    I can only say that I didn't receive the anodes but when I emailed the company, they answered quickly and refunded my money. They believe the item was lost in the mail. Took care of my issue promptly. Shipping time I only gave a 1 but that wasn't the fault of the seller. I can't give an item description since I didn't receive the item but the seller communication was fast and again, they refunded my money.
