Thermal paste wasn't dried on and looked like it might have been changed semi-recently. PC was very clean and wasn't caked in dust and grime like some others. Stickers came right off and didn't leave any residue. Well packaged as well. Good padding and use of bubble wrap. Recommend seller for PCs like this.

Inside is a bit dusty and thermal paste had to be redone but this is par for the course for an off-lease unit. Any paint scratches/scuffs are easily hidden with a sharpie on the cheap, and prevents rust formation on the exposed metal from being bumped around. Overall very good price for what is essentially a semi-barebones unit!
