However, the 3TB HDD I requested was not installed, and I didn't see any mention about it during delivery. They provided a partial refund after I mentioned it, but it was still frustrating to find out about the problem the day it came to my location. There was a minor hiccup with a very short shipping delay, but that was due to FedEx, so no complaints against the seller. Item was incredibly well-packed, and is working perfectly. The price was very much worth what I got, and I couldn't be happier. Will defnitely consider buying from again. Top seller!!!

That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

On my specific product a mistake was made and seller resolved it without any problems. Next time I purchase a similar product I will still consider this seller.
