Was really disappointed when I got the unit hooked up and the winter summer switch was stuck on summer mode. Opened it up to see what was going on. plastic switch was stripped. Easy fix bc i had the old one to swap. Big disappointment was that the internals down to the controller and out put temps that I was trying to increase were all the same as the smaller cheap
