She has had no problems doing what she needs to and can run any games. The seller was easier to work with, but I wish that Ebay wouldn't mark something as shipped until it's actually shipped. This was marked shipped 4 days before it actually shipped. Then, it got delayed by the carrier.

I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint.
