We were told to keep the trailer and will donate it to a local animal rescue on the islands of Bocas Del Toro Panama. Mistakes happen. It is always a pleasant surprise when companies are so quick to fix an error. The pet carrier is excellent and has already transported 2 rescues using our custom built trailer.
