Not Worth It!!
As a recent addition to the community of those who need a little help in cleaning up "back there" I ordered this product with high hopes upon seeing it online. First off, I got sticker shock at how much this and other similar products cost. It was an insult, but they know that they all have us as a captive audience with few options. However, when I received it I was pleased at how easy it was to assemble - and at the extra reach to make the job easier. The big disappointment and design flaw was that the prongs wouldn't hold onto the tissue sufficiently to get the job done satisfactorily, in spite of their barbed appearance. When I would try to use it the toilet paper would come loose, either sticking to my bottom or falling to the floor / in the toilet. The only thing I got out of trying to use it several times was a worse mess that had to be cleaned up afterward - besides on my backside. After my 3rd or 4th frustration I cleaned it again and threw it in the towel closet and am on the hunt for a better product that is as good as it is advertised.
