This was a used item and the pictures did a good job of showing the condition, so no surprises when it arrived. The seller also included pictures of the diagnostic menus, so I was able to tell that there were no issues. This is a very expensive item new, and this unit had been used extensively, but was priced very reasonably given that fact.
