  • Misleading current output specs - cannot supply rated current, although it's still useful for charging.

I bought the Krisdonia Power Bank intending to use it for travel abroad, both for recharging my laptop while off as well as powering it while in use (assuming my MSI laptop's current draw was low enough). I measured my MSI Creator 17's current draw while in light-duty use and it was about 2A. The Krisdonia specs list 4.7A for the 19 & 20V outputs. However, as it turns out, it would only supply my 2A for about 60 seconds or so before switching off. I ended it up sending it back. It's also somewhat of a pain to use as everytime you turn it on, you have to press twice to move to the voltage output mode you need. That means you'll have to press it a while to get to 20V for most laptops. If you're only interested in charging devices and maybe powering phones while in use, it's probably fine. However, I'm really disappointed in the misleading 4.7A rating and no way to keep it turned on while drawing even less. :(

  • It's big but does a great job.

Kind of big but I realize it needs to be this size.
