    Worth a shot!

    For an alternative of phentermine this seems to have results. I do have a pep of energy throughout the day which I love, a caffeine tablet if you will. As far as curving my appetite I skip breakfast and eat a lunch before going to work in the afternoon, so I take them as directed 30minutes after. Though during my 8hour work day I'm not really hungry as much as I am thirsty for lots of water!

    They work fairly well for awhile ...

    The only real positive quality of this product is the briefing shot of caffeinated energy they provide. As an appetite suppressant, it doesn't do much, unless you take more than one tab, and after a month the effects wear off, so you're tempted to take more. If you have acid reflux, AVOID!!

    Not what I thought it was

    I haven't seen any weight loss results yet. I am actually more interested in something for energy because I work nights and have been diagnosed with sleep Apnea. I feel tired and drained a lot. I wish I could find something close to prescription Adipex. That worked wonderfully. I haven't found anything close to it yet. I was thinking Apex was what I needed. I don't see any significant results yet
