    Cancelled an appointment as my tracking info said I had to sign for my package upon delivery between 11 to 3 . At 2 pm UPS sends an email stating delivery will be made the following day. Well I just received my package and I did not sign for it. Very disappointed in UPS

    Fairway Golf never requires a signature before delivery, especially for a $25 golf club. We have no control over UPS or USPS policies once the golf club is shipped. As a buyer you blamed us the seller for mistakes of UPS, we shipped with 24 hrs of receiving payment. Actual shipping cost was $17.33, you were billed $14.95 Have a great day and enjoy your Bullet SW. VERY disappointed!!
