With this deal I got the PC I wanted equipped better than expected at a great price. It looks so cool. I added up bare bones offerings, plus parts and this was the better deal. The only surprise was Win 11 Pro. Not a big extra but a nice added touch. It was shipped in a few days and arrived when expected, not fast but in good time. It was very well packaged and arrived ready to go. Very, very happy.

The ad for the item doesnt offer a lot of detail on the item and you assume that its one thing based on the full system sold versus the barebones. The reply from the seller was cordial but not helpful as they only offered for me to return the system, rather dealing with smaller issues with it. If you purchase from this seller ask questions.

The ONLY thing I'll mention that wasn't great was the fact that I received a call three days after purchase (and after shipping info) trying to downsell me to a lower quality video card for an $80 discount --- seemed like a bait & switch. They did eventually "find" the right card and, as I say, the PC itself is great. Would buy from them again.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund.
