    Initially poor communication. After I requested an update and didn't receive one from the seller, I suggested to cancel the order and then the seller informed me (finally) that shipment had occurred and I would receive tracking information once transferred to a US based carrier (FedEx). Once I had tracking information, several weeks later, the process ran much smoother. The product was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The Art was exactly as described and is authentic.
