The mobile was all brand new and works really well. However a couple of observations - Seller shipped Indian version instead of the Global version advertised. The box was open / seals were removed, I sent a message to the seller to know if he shipped me an open box unit or not, but I did not receive a response. Besides the little concern, I'm overall satisfied and positive.
