    This is great little powerful amplifier

    Crate tried it, but Quilter did it . Small for a clean pedal platform. I have the 2x8 speaker cab to go with any of the 101,202, guitar power heads. Best grab these while there out there Bc they hold there value like the fender tone masters. Except Quilter has a sound of its own. No hybrid sound like the katanas. Just pure power for a warm sounding compact rig. QSC made this product so I know it good and will last . You see one used, grab it. Great little amp, it will blow you outta there.

    Great little amp

    I love this little amp. I originally bought it as a back up unit for my Quilter Mach2.....however I am loving the sound and have been using it quite a bit with my Quilter extension cabinet. Since it is only a single channel amp....I am using pedals...However someone could use it as a slightly overdriven format...and back off the guitar for cleans.

    Quilter 101, older but ok

    Quilter 101 amp is ok. It has different amp voices via solid state. The"eq" knobs are not like other amps so it takes a bit of experimenting to find your sound. I bought used at lower price which makes it a good deal. Light easy yo carry... can use different speaker cabinets...

    Great product and company . I was first a little anxious about buying a product without trying it out first but I read the reviews and watched & listen to all the You tubes. Pat Quilter himself responded to all my questions. Yes I would recommend this product. It a great product for those who want blackface tube sound but not all the weight and maintenance of a tube amplifier. It makes a great a wonderful option for the traveling musician. Though I play jazz and clean I have to admit the overdrive is nice. I am now looking into different speaker options to use with this head as well. This is a company to keep an look out for new & interesting developments also

    Tiny 50W Reverb Amp: very clean sound and crisp driven sound with FX Loop.

    Amazing big 50W sound from this small package. I wanted a portable, but mid level power amp which was capable of a very clean sound as well as a very crisp driven sound. This little wonder fills the bill quite nicely and has a great reverb and effect pedal loop. So I run my drive effects into the input and the time based effects (2 delay pedals and reverb pedal) through the FX Loop Send and Return 1/4" jacks on the front of the amp.
