The delivery however was not what one would expect for almost a hundred dollars item. My neighbor across the street just delivered the seat to me. He said he found it in his driveway and really had no idea of who I was. Fortunately, his wife has been my neighbor since birth. If I lived in a city rather the country. I would probably never have seen this seat. Poor Delivery Job.

It was painfully obvious English was not a first language, and I was communicating with someone in a far away place as most of seller's emails arrived in the middle of our night (West Coast USA). Having said that, I must say I cannot argue with their customer service as they replaced the damaged item in it's entirety. Aside from the time frames, and the language barrier it was a good experience.
