    Inexpensive but rugged

    Nicely made for the price. It’s just fabric so you will need to put a sheet of something stiff inside to keep your papers flat. What I found works well is one of those corrugated plastic signs that show up in everyone’s lawns at election time. I use this portfolio to store and transport the large targets which I use at the shooting range. Totally happy with this product for my needs.
