    This one is a miss

    This rotor cutter will not cut even one layer of fabric. It cuts in places and then skips. I had to go back and cut with scissors in between the cuts made by the rotary cutter. I thought maybe it was just a bad blade so I changed blades and it did the very same thing. Not worth the money. It does not work.
