    new controller at a great price.

    There are only a coupe of options out there for controls for evaporative coolers, and I think this is the best option. I was actually replacing the same controller system already installed during a replacement of a very old unit. I wish I could have found a rebuilt controller board but this price on ebay for the entire controlling system was quite good.

    More product and complexity than wanted

    This product provides a scheduled operation which does not fit my application, as I use it only when the temperature is under 100 and the humidity is low. So all I require is a manual controller where all I require is temperature control. I use it mainly to augment my AC operation. If I realized this, I probably would not have purchased this product.

    Decent mid level thermostat

    Has most of the features you need but lacks a manual purge option. The purge is in auto mode to dump every 12 hrs with no option to dump on demand in case you need to service or winterize.

    One of the better functional controller @ user friendly operation

    It's a nice digital cooler controller but it seems like it's a 2 year product before it quits somewhere in the circuit board where it breaks down and at Lowes or Home depot price of $125 ea it's a steep cost for maybe a couple of seasons

    Doesn't work in auto mode.

    Masterstat does not operate as described. All fuction checks at control box work as described, but in auto mode, the inside thermostat will shut off at set point but then cycles on and off repeatedly for hours if not turned off.
