    The first one they sent me was used, but when I reached out about it, they sent me another one. The second one had a couple scuffs on it, but it definitely wasn't used. (They had explained to me when I first reached out that there may be a couple scuffs from the bulk rubbing on each other). Overall, good customer service and they sent me a new one free of charge. Can't complain! Thanks again :)

    Good product, good quality that you can feel from the moment you pick it up. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered it thinking it could be the solution for my thick iPod 6, but the additional information says it's for the thin one. It works for me because I also have one of that model
