Had to contact Samsung for warranty, process took time and effort. left neutral feedback instead of positive. EES could have taken ownership and swapped out with another unit for customer satisfaction.

Sound bar should have been shipped in a shipping box instead of just the retail box. The retail box was not thick enough for rough handling by the carrier! I Have yet to test/hookup the Memorex 27.5” Bluetooth Soundbar, but it appears to be new, complete, and looks good. The Shipping was fast and the value is solid.
