    Item was exactly as described and pictured, the item WAS in the picture. We have never had a complaint about the craftsmanship or quality of this product nor our packaging in 26 years. This is a first. Buyers Big shot and demanding message campaign was a major red flag for exactly this kind of problem but buyer purchased before we could block the user ID..
