The first football game on PlayStation features over 1,600 authentic players, each scaled to their actual height and weight, and 30 NFL teams. Four play options include Preseason, Season, Playoffs, and the Super Bowl. "Preseason" is an exhibition game, while "Season" is a 16-week campaign based on the 1995-96 NFL schedule. Build a winning team by trading players, signing free agents, and selecting offensive and defensive strategies. The "Playoffs" and "Super Bowl" options let you take your favorite team straight to postseason play for a chance at winning the coveted championship. NFL GameDay also features stat tracking across multiple categories, including sacks, touchdowns, yards, interceptions, and more. View the action from one of four camera angles while competing in weather conditions ranging from sunny skies to fog, rain, or snow.
