    I guess I'd categorize this one as a "Super-Positive" experience. The price was more than acceptable. It shipped fast. It was packed well. It was in a pink anti-static bag and sealed well. And then, UPS smooshed it. The smooshing was much more than what you'd expect normal smooshing to be. And the contents were damaged. I took a photo and asked what ARC Electronics wanted to do hoping for another try. They didn't have one and promptly refunded my money. I'd buy from them again!!

    Came snuggly wrapped in bubble wrap and was also sealed in a anti static bag. So seller took good care when shipping the item. Happy with the item it was as described. Besides fixing my issue with HDMI signal cutting in and out randomly replacing the board also fixed my tv's issue of not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi.
