Item arrived (dress) seam above the zipper was damaged. Upon contacting the seller, they claimed they weren't aware of it. It hadn't been mentioned in the description so naturally I wanted a refund - good luck! I was offered a partial refund of about $1.50 and I keep the item I purchased for an anniversary while the sellers response included being a teacher and having multiple children. Honey we've all experienced life situations (good & bad).
