poorly packaged and a cracked case noted upon delivery, after inquiring for having a replacement case mailed to me i was told at first “The one that was cracked was a extra free cd that I gave you”, then “Oh I’m sorry wrong listing” and then final message “So sorry Refunds Guaranteed If it’s damaged just send Em back for a full refund”…. i would advise others to not expect any great service…
