The product box probably cost the bulk of the shipping cost, sorry for seller. :) Also expected maybe something to be wrong with board, some random broken thing, like usb port issue from original return, but not found anything yet.     Great deal great price I highly recommend!

    The Visio sound bar is amazing! For the price of this item, it’s simply cannot be beat. I’ve purchased more expensive sound bars that don’t sound half this good. I highly recommend the sound bar to anyone looking for Quality budget sound bar. To get a better quality sound bar you would have to spend at least $275-400

    False Advertising

    They company sent me the wrong remote and acted like this a normal thing to do. Refurbished does not mean wrong items. The remote they sent can not even control the device because it's for a different model sound bar. This should be CLEARLY in bold letters explained that this is not refurbished, but rather lots of different items that do not go together.

    There is room for improvement but overall a very good sound bar that does not put its owner to shame when entertaining guessess

    Pros: Sound is crisp and clear with excellent deep bass Sub, treble, and bass level are adjustable Very simple easy to use remote The best value for the money. Cons: The single indicator get some time to get use to Audio input type indicator does not stay lit Sounds can be restricted from sound bar and not expand room filling Special surround effect can only be heard if volume is reasonable high

    Great Product. (please don't use FedEx again though!)

    Product works great, FedEx doesn't. They couldn't deliver to me because they didn't have keys to my apartment building. I left instructions for them to call me when they arrive but that never happened. In short, awesome budget soundbar and subwoofer that proves you don't need to spend $1000 or more on a sound setup.
