This seller is terrific! The movie sent to me was factory wrapped. However I was unable to covert the entire film to a digital file. The seller was kind enough to offer to send me his digital copy. It was found that Warner Bros punted the disc with 1 incomplete version listed alphabetically before the complete version and had to be processed as a file not a folder. All my communications with this gentleman were prompt and exceptionally helpful! I would do business with him anytime!!!
