    Good IP camera

    Good image quality and night vision. Easy to set up. Product brochure does not to a good job of addressing network setup. When you do have a problem with these cameras there is no hardware means to reset defaults.

    Repackaged product

    The camera must have been repackaged into another camera case. The camera’s part number, serial number and model number when accessed through the network port didn’t match the label on the case. Therefore it will probably not meet any of the environmental requirements of the original product since it was opened and repackaged. Very disappointed in getting deceived.
